PRESS RELEASES WALDEN PROPERTIES PEOPLE Pam Bailey & Deb Field-Smith make up the dynamic team of Pam & Deb. In addition to 20 years of real estate experience, Deb has worked in the fields of medical sales, title and escrow work. Next to her work, her favorite activities are golfing, reading, traveling, skiing and spending time with her family. Pam has over 20 years experience in marketing, mostly in the competitive field of television and newspaper sales. She treats clients like close friends, giving them the time and attention they deserve. With her spare time, Pam enjoys riding her Harley with her husband, collecting old cars to refurbish, quilting and spending time with her family. In 2006, Pam was Top Producer in the Helena Association of Realtors. Deb was Top Producer in the North San Diego Association of Realtors in 1989. Together they were the Top Producer Team in the Helena Association of Realtors in 2007 and they are in the top 5% of Teams in the Nation. Harry Jacobs & Jack Thomas are a team specializing in investment properties, rural and commercial opportunities. Jack represents clients with farm and ranch, recreational and land properties in the Helena area and throughout Montana. He has over 20 years experience assisting rural property owners, and has unparalleled expertise and knowledge of the issues and challenges unique to these special properties including water rights, water and land use permitting, streams, wetlands, ponds, and land management and boundary issues. Jack is a Montana native; he has lived in Helena for over 40 years, and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, fishing and boating. Harry has worked extensively in commercial real estate, and has a wealth of knowledge about western Montana communities. He has worked in real estate since 1992, and has twice been Producer of the Year for the Helena Association of Realtors. Tina Steeger is our licensed Transaction Manager. She brings over 16 years of real estate experience to our office. Tina has worked for top agents in Salt Lake City, Utah and Boulder, Colorado, and has been a Realtor® in multiple states. Tina started with Walden Properties in early June, 2007. She’s a proud mother of two, and loves Montana. Leah Merchant is a 2002 graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, with a double major in Government and French Studies. Since graduating, Leah has worked with the Montana Department of Health and Human Services and the Montana Hospital Association. Leah joined Walden Properties in March of 2007 as Office and Marketing Manager. She lives in Helena with her husband and two wonderful dogs.
